Why do the forms I create not get saved, even though I save, and Jotform autosaves?

    Thank you for contacting us.

We allow users to create forms without accounts, it means that some forms are going to their temporary cookies based Guest accounts. If you can not find some form, just provide us with its URL. Then, we will be able to transfer it from the Guest account to your Registered account.

If you are referring to the fields changes, we will need to investigate it. This is not a common issue. If this is the case, is there are any steps to reproduce the issue?

    Sure, here it is:

I had created yet another form, which I embedded here: http://www.galtmuseum.com/supportus-onlinegiving.htm.

I logged into Jotform to add our PayPal account password to the form so I could re-embed and do a test, but the form no longer exists how I had set it up – it’s back to a basic form.

This is what it should look like, and how it looks embedded into our website:

    screenshot 2

Can you find it back for me or do I need to recreate it AGAIN? Would it help if we upgraded first?

    Thanks,

    Anine

    Hello Anine,

Upon checking, I found that this form is already there in your account. It looks the same as displayed in your webpage. Here is your form's direct link: http://www.jotform.co/form/32386286312859 Is this the form you are looking for?

I am not sure but it could be a browser related issue. Please clear your browser cache and see if that helps you in any way. After clearing your browser cache, you will have to login again to your JotForm account. This guide should help you to clear your browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Do get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

Okay, thanks very much! I was able to access it without clearing my cache. That's very weird, because it definitely was not there yesterday!

    Anyway, it's working now!

    cheers,

    Anine
