Please also provide the link to the form that you are having this issue with. You have posted this on our guide page: How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date, so I assume it has something to do with editing the submissions. We would like to clarify what were you trying to achieve and which form would you like this to be implemented.
