Hide emtpy fields in the review.

Hi

I have a very complicated form that hides several pages based on the selections so I wanted to know 2 things.

1. I have a review before submit form, but when you review it shows all the fields for the entire form (hidden pages), no just the pages that you completed. Is there a way to have the sections are hidden on the form, hidden on the review before submit
2. I create a PDF form that is emailed upon submission, can I change or do something to the PDF to not have the headers show for the parts of the form that are not completed (hidden by conditions)

Hi Jill,

I've checked your form and looks like in your Review Before Submit widget you have the setting to shot the empty fields in the review. Please select NO for this option and try again.

Please do click on "Update Widget" after changing it to NO.
