I had a parent submit a form and now they need to make a correction. Is there a way for me to send them the form to correct and re-submit? I can edit the info myself, but when I do their signature is voided.
you can provide the user with a pre-populated version of the form URL link, so when the user follows the form link it will display all the info submitted by the user in the past, once the user makes his corrections it can re-sign the form and submit it as a new submission.
Take a look at this example I made(this url was prepopulated with the info corresponding to the Lastname and the Firstname):
