If I want to change the email ID then what to do, I've created a Form and want to change the email ID but there is no option .. you should add this option also

Hello Muhammad Abid Ayub,

It's not clear from your question that which email id you want to change.

To change your account email address, please follow these steps:

1. Upon logging to your account, please click on the person looking icon.

2. Click on "Account" link.

3. Under "Profile" menu, click on edit of Email field.

Click on save button to update your account email address.

To change your submission notification- This guide should help you to change the email address used to receive the form submission notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
