    I have checked your account and you're subscribed to the Silver bi-yearly INT200506-8782-52239 subscription through FastSpring.

    To clarify, do you want to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account back to free?

    It seems you are not logged in to your JotForm account. What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile?

    Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form, and we will take a look.
