I have been using the Zoho CRM integration with no problem, but I'd like this particular form to create multiple forms in the same module in Zoho. The has contact information for 3 different contacts. When I submit a test form, nothing happens. Solutions?

Kindly note that you can create multiple actions for various modules inside Zoho CRM using the same integration.
Can you please have a look at the guide?
Also, kindly let us know what form exactly you have the issue with so we can test it at our end.

I have already looked at the guide and I am using the integration with no problem for two other forms. The issue is only with this form.

Can you please remove the integration as shown below, then integrate again?

It worked!! Thank you so much! That has now brought up another issue.
It appears that the workflow triggers are perhaps not up to date on your end. I've been on a couple of calls with Zoho, and the workflows are working except for when records are created through a Jotform. I'd just like to verify that this is the code that Jotform has to trigger workflows with Zoho.While inserting the records, they need the add the below code to the existing API code. Then only it will trigger the workflow, blueprint etc.

Can you check with them whether they're using the code in their API request ?
