    The PDF is styled correctly.

    Solution we require is

the number at the top, 2020100001 should auto-increment after every form is filled.

the only fields that will vary are the Airway Bill Number and the Destination.

Airwaybill number is always going to be numerical and destination will be alphabetical.

Hope you can help us as we have already resolved most concerns except the need for the PDF with these fields.

If you want to autoincrement an ID number such as the Declaration ID field that is in your form, I suggest that you utilize the Unique ID widget. This widget will allow you to create an ID for a form and it will follow your instructions to increment as each submission comes in.

Once you have inserted this widget into your form, you will be able to add the unique ID to the PDF report of your form submissions. However, the widget itself cannot be included in the offline PDF version of your form.

Unfortunately, there is no way to use form conditions or widgets to process mathematical calculations in any offline PDF form as these require an internet connection to function. Therefore, the offline PDF version of your form will be unable to autoincrement the Declaration ID field, only the inline version has this feature available.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, we are always happy to help.
