take a look at photo, notice its throw facebooks mobile app for iphone.
Good day! Please let us know your Facebook Fan Page URL to where the form link is currently placed so we can check and do some tests on our end. Having your Facebook Fan Page would help us to identify the caused of the issue.
Probably, an App issue loading the form in an iframe format inside Facebook App.
the form in NOT in an iframe on my fan page.
im using a smrt url that directs the owners of smartphone to the original JOTFORM url.
the issue is that even by using the original url, the form will open in the facebook mobile app.
the smart url to my form:
keep in mind that if you are using a computer the smart url will direct u to the facebook fan page (using static html-works great). if you will be using smart phone u will be directed directlly to JOTFORM url.
Yes, what I meant to say is that the form is loaded via its direct URL inside the Facebook Mobile App in an iFrame Format (which is a behavior of FB Mobile App, sort of, but I'm not sure).
By the way, I don't have an iPhone so I don't know how I should start testing it from here. Maybe I should wait for my colleague who owns one. But, I have an Android device, can you confirm if they have the same behavior on your end so I could move and do some test? I have a findings here using my Android Device, but I don't want to mention it as you have the form access through an iPhone.
Also, where should I go to click the link that would open in the FB Mobile App. Here's a screenshot of my android device:
Is that the link in the About Section?
