Send email to a second person depending on form entryAsked by Choistie on August 29, 2013 at 12:08 AM
I have set up a condition that states that if you chose option a on the forl it will send an email to manager a and a second email to the administrator. If you choose option b, it will send an email to manager b and the administrator.
However, only the administrator is receiving the emails when I test them (non of the managers are).
Do you have any idea what I am doing wrong? I have attached a screen shot of the conditions I have set up.
Thansk in advance for your help
Your condition seems to be fine but we'd suggest combining the two emails instead of separating each email. This should work fine. Just combine the two and separate it with a comma.
Another approach is to create another notification for the admin and enter the admin email address there. That works as well.
Hope this helps. Regards!
