Resuming an Interrupted UploadAsked by moda11 on August 29, 2013 at 03:23 AM
Looked around the Support section but haven't seen this issue mentioned. We are building a form to accept 500mb ZIP files (would be nice to have a progress bar for large single file uploads! ;) and we're wondering if it is possible for a user to resume an upload if it is interrupted.
Say the 500mb upload is taking a long time and they accidentally navigate away from the page, would they have to start completely over, or could they somehow resume their progress?
Would a Box integration help? I see w/ the proper Box plan an upload of this size is possible, wondering if syncing would be possible w/ that integration or another if this isn't possible on your server.
Hello, Unfortunately I don't see this feature in jotform yet however I tried to upload a larger file size by adjusting the Max File size limit but with resuming the interrupted upload I think as of now that function is not yet possible, with regards to the progress bar for now it is only available with multiple file uploads.
We will coordinate this with our development team and hopefully it will be included in the future upgrade.
