    We already paid via WT to Blue Snap. We received an invoice with wiring instructions. How can you now say that the payment option is not available. We have made the appropriate payment so please upgrade our account as our now impacting directly our customer.

    Hello Vijay! Our apologies for the inconvenience. PO is unavailable to users who weren't already paying us via PO. Also, this method is deprecated and is not entirely removed.

    May we know when did you make the payment?
