I upgraded

    I upgraded to premium, but when I log in it still says free, I eneted creditcard and got confirmation but I think because i change username to mark@egggnest.com instead of egggnest that was the problem.

    Hi Mark,

    Your JotForm account should now be changed to Premium.
    Once you log in you will see the increased limits applicable to premium accounts.
