Can I ask why you do not make .doc available as a download option? This is a critical thing for me and it's the one feature you do not support. Any plans to? I want people to submit the form and the answers appear in a Word doc or Google text Doc

Hello, You are correct, at this time the option close to this is the Get PDF option to download your submissions. We do appreciate your input, I will be adding this ticket to our Feature Request. Now, unfortunately I cannot provide you with an ETA for Feature Requests to take place. Nor, can I promise this Feature Request will ever be available. As first the Development Team will review your request and evaluate if it is a feasible feature that could be added to JotForm. In any case thank you again for your feedback.

If you do need any further support, do create a new thread if it is on a different topic. And we will surely get back to you. Once again, Thank you for using JotForm.

Good idea. I added it to our feature requests list

Just to make sure I get your request right you would like the entries to be listed like the PDF report? Should it have a single submission per page?

Yes if it was listed like the PDF that would be fine or any way that differentiates the questions clearly from the responses. A lot of the time when working with these types of documents they lose all the formatting from service to service or opening in different programs meaning it all gets bunched together or bold text or headings becomes regular text and you can't see easily the questions from the responses.

I think this would be a popular feature and a useful one. When I was searching for a solution there seemed to be lot of people wanting to do this but few or no services offering it.

You want people to fill in the form and then open it up as a word document in the same way as the PDF or perhaps they could even do into a Google document rather than just a spreadsheet. If you have long responses on your forms a spreadhseet is pretty much useless and a PDF is good but copying and pasting the responses out of the PDF is a real hassle. A Word doc would solve so many issues we currently experience.
