I'm trying to create a form to receive relevant documents from artists so that I can represent them as an agent.
As their documents have an expiry date I would like to be able to remind them to update them then resubmit to our data base so we can have access to them when needed.
So what I'm wondering is whether it's possible for artists who submit documents one year (say 30th August 2013) to receive an automatic reminder/notification to their email address and on a date that is set by the form. So for instance in this example they would receive a reminder two weeks before the same time next year (15th August 2014) to ask them to upload current documents.
Upon submitting each year they will then be automatically set up to receive a reminder for the following year.
So I guess it will be a one time notification set by a time frame.

Unfortunately a scheduleling feature is not implemented within JotForm. In which case I would suggest looking into a 3rd party web-apps which can be integrated with JotForm. Such as the ones listed below. You should also be able to use Cron Jobs from your web server to schedule tasks, or your email server as well depending on your setup.
Below I'm displaying the CRMs that may be worth looking into.
