How can I display the custom thank you message so people can have time to read it?

the message I have set up displays for barely a second and then it displays a message that the form will refresh in 5 and counting down seconds. How can you have your message display so people can have time to read it?

The Kiosk Mode works like that. Unfortunately, you can't change this behavior in the app. A workaround would be to display the message in a Text format (Paragraph field), so users can read that message before submitting the form.

To make this Message unique, you may consider adding a page in the form (Page Break) and put the message on the second page.

    Thanks

The thing is because the form is a covid screening tool, it has to tell them if they select yes in any one of the questions they are then told not to enter the workplace. If they select NO for each one then it’s just ‘thank you’.

I think I may just need to provide both messages in that ‘Thank you’ page. It’s the quickest / simplest solution it seems.

I'm sorry, but that wouldn't work either. Displaying the message in a Text field is the ideal solution. Or, you may want to add an email field in the form, and send an autoresponder based on their selection instead.
