I only see 1 form at your profile, Renseignez les champs ci-dessous
were the other 2 forms created under your account? maybe you created them without being logged in, do you have the URL link or the location were they supposed to be embeded? also the name of the forms would be helpfull in order to make further investigations.
Here is the links of the three form.
When i fill them, none of them appears on JotForm.
This is very embarrassing for me because it is the only way to capture customers!
And for over a year that I subscribe to, I have at least a thousand people who filled out the forms!

These forms are not in your account "ASCT".
Upon checking I found that they are in another account "ASCTINT". This account is overlimit. You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 100 submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 171 SSL submissions.
You should have received the warning emails as they are sent whenever you reach close to your allowed submission limits.
You should upgrade your account. Another option is, as submission counts are reset everymonth you can wait for start of next month.

So, if i understand, we have to pay every month ? (because, last year, the credit card was automatically debited.)
