Not Receiving Emails - Email notification Set up

    Please help me again. I am not receiving the submissions to my email.

    Hi,

    I could check that your form doesn't have any Email notification configured, could you follow this instructions about creating a Email notification.

    I did as suggested, I received the test emails with no issue. However, I am not receiving the new submissions from my clients. I see I have a new one that just came in, but I still did not receive an email.

    I still cannot see any Email notification at your form, just in case, are you clicking at "Finish" button once you created your notification?

    Once you clicked finish, you should see your newly created email notification at  email alerts list
