I created a survey form and integrated with google drive for direct submission to google drive. The authentication was successful and I am able to see the folder it created. I did test submissions and noticed the submission showing up as error in google drive. Also I tried to access my submissions on jotform and it has no info on my submission
Can you please help assist with the error.

I did a sample submission on your form and I was able to see the submission in your account (please see the screen capture below). Can you also check your Google drive account and let us know if you see the submission there as I am unable to check your Google drive account?
As I am unable to replicate the issue you are having can you please let us know if the form is embedded on a web page by providing the url to your web page. Once we receive the requested information we will be able to look into the issue some more.
