    Fatal flaud with scandinavian letters

    I just realised that if any of the answers have Ä or Ö or probably anything else than what you have on a english keyboard (russian etc.) the answer is incomplete.


    If my customer types in his name and his family name is Möttönen... I only get M and so forth.

    This is really bad =/

    Hi miika,

    Thank you for your message. I have tried using the name Möttönen with a test form and I did not have this issue occur in my test form.

    have you tried using another browser? I used Google Chrome during my testing, kindly try using it as well and let us know how it goes.

    I have had around 300 submissions in last few days. And in some subs Ä and Ö are fine but in some everything after those letters are missing.

    I have browsed through your submissions page but didn't have the chance to catch this issue you reported. To help us investigate, could you let us know how we can determine if a name was perceived as incomplete? Or could you point us to specific submissions with this error that we might have overlooked? Have you tried opening your submissions page using other web browsers?
