JotForm Quiz App: Yes/No Question fields of the form doesn't appear in the app

    I tried this today and I was able to see 50% of my questions. So, I'd give it 2.5 stars.

    Is there a reason why I'm not seeing all 10 questions of my form?

    Hi,

    I assume you are referring to this form below:

    Are you referring to the fact that Yes/No Question fields of your form doesn't appear in JotForm Quiz App?

    If that's a case, please note that Quiz App does not support some of the Card Form elements, including Yes/No Question element:

    However, if you use Jotform's classic field elements, it should appear in the quiz form app. Thus, you can use the Single Choice element instead, with the similar options given:1602537566 5f84c85e72d6a Screenshot 21

    Otherwise, you may manually calculate the score on your form instead of using the quiz app by following this guide below:
