How do I change the naming convention of a form when I download individual entries.
For instance, I would like to Include {First Name} {Last Name} - {Form Name} when downloading

Hi there,
If I understood correctly you are referring to using the naming convention for PDF downloads? If yes then here is how you can change it. In your PDF editor please click on the blue paint roller.
Then click on Customize and scroll down until you see the PDF FILENAME and click on the pen icon.
Now the form field option will become visible. Please click on it to select or deselect the fields You want to use as names.
If you are referring to something else then please let us know and we will be glad to provide assistance.
Thanks.

Here's how you can achieve your required filename for the PDF copy of your form submissions.
As for your other concern, I have moved it to another ticket to avoid confusion.
Here's the link to the new ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2630739
We will be responding to that ticket shortly. If you have any follow-up questions about your other concern feel free to respond to that ticket.

Member_ServicesReplied on October 13, 2020 at 7:28 AMThanks for the example. This is not a PDF form.
I’m downloading it from the submissions > view > download > download pdf
If I customize PDF, will changes I make here apply to just that particular (entry) and can I apply that to all entries.

Hello!
- I’m downloading it from the submissions > view > download > download pdf. If I customize PDF, will changes I make here apply to just that particular (entry) and can I apply that to all entries.
This customization will be applied to PDF downloads of all entries.
Thank you!
