    Hi,

I'm not entirely sure but according to this page, you can embed html in your wiki pages using widgets.

If wikispace does indeed allow html embedding, you may use the iframe codes for your form to insert it into your wiki.

To get your iframe embed codes

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame
    4.  Copy the codes provided in the next screen

If you're having problems embedding the form to your wiki page, please let us know.
