I'm a UK based user and am currently unable to link WorldPay to my 'Delegate Tickets Purchase Form' JotForm form.
I have logged into our WorldPay account and gone to installations but there is no "Configuration options" section. I have tried going into every settings option I can find and there is also no reference to "Callback URL" either.
Finally please can I ask, we already have WorldPay payments integrated into our website - can I still integrate our WorldPay account with JotForm or do I need to setup a new installation? I can't disable our current WorldPay payments as this will badly affect our existing revenue streams.

I can see you got a form already integrated with WorldPay is this working still?
To my knowledge, all that you need to get from your WP account is a fresh WorldPay Installation ID
Please try that, otherwise, let us know if the problem persists
