I cant receive submissions?

    I am currently on the free plan and my form keeps stating that it is over qouta but I only have 40 submissions.

    Hi admissions,

    I was able to confirm that you have only used 40/100 submissions  so far in your Free account. However, you have already reached the limit of 10 SSL (secure) submissions (you currently have 18/10), hence, you're receiving that notification. You have to either wait for the next cutoff date (May 28) for the submissions count to reset, or upgrade your account to either a Premium or Professional account.
