Error while Saving Form

    I try to save my work on my new form and I continously have the error "There was an error on the page.  Try reloading the page."  The form I'm working on is http://www.jotform.ca/?formID=32447899421868

    I tried the Preview button but it never work becaus the Save function started each time and gave me that error each time.  Something I did wrong?

    First of all try closing your browser and opening it back up. Then try simply loggin out of your JotForm account and logging back in. If that does not help try the following steps:

     

    Please try clearing your JotForm's Cache and you Browser's Cache

    To clear your JotForm Cache:

    Click on Account

    Then click on Settings

    Then click on Click Form

    Second:

    Try clearing the browser's cache by following the steps detailed on the link provided below:

    Hi,

    I tried those actions and nothing work.  I lost the first form I create :)  So, back to the top of the message!

    What can I do?

    I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on my end, I tried your form and it's working fine, can you please confirm that you are still having issue saving your form as of the moment?

    Hi, first time I can see the form!  How come, when I log into my account (User:gddrouin), I can't see that form?  I go to MY FORMS and there is nothing there.  There is probably something I do wrong...

    Hello gddrouin,

    Are you unable to see your form in the list when you click "My Forms"? Upon checking your account, I am unable to replicate the said problem. Both your form are listed when I click on "My Forms" of your account.

    It could be a browser related issue. Have you cleared your browser cache already? If not, please clear your browser cache. Here is a guide to help you:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    Do let us know if the issue persist even after clearing your browser cache .

    There is mysteries in life and that problem in one of them :)  Tonight, I can see the forms.  I'll try yo update them and see what will append.  If it works, I'll come back to close this tread.
