Edit link using self hosted (JS) source code form (Autoresponder not working)Asked by bhanukaran on September 03, 2013 at 01:31 PM
while another team member is resolving my another query to the similar topic but the issue there is different. Meanwhile, i have found one more issue, I have used jS soure code and made all the custom layouting for the same.
This is the url we are using to submit entries. But i don't see any confirmation emails going to the one who submits their entry.
But, as an admin, i am receiving new entry submission notification email to my inbox.
Please suggest what could be the problem, this is a very important event which is in coming 1 week and we need to resolve these problems, as we have relied on Jotform for everything now.
Thank you for contacting us.
The source code embedding option should not affect the email alerts. I have just submitted your form through mentioned http://beta.shukranrewards.com/homecentre_roommakeover/new_design.html page, and the form Autoresponder was delivered to my @gmail.com email address.
Please try checking your Spam/Junk folder to see if the Autoresponder is there.
