Drag and Drop is not working in the form builder

Asked by redpalm on September 03, 2013 at 01:47 PM

The drag and drop feature stopped working on our computers about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

What we have done to try to solve the problem already:

Used different computers on different networks (home/work)

Changed browsers (tested in both Firefox & Chrome)

All our computers are running: Win7

Please advise what we can do

We truly sorry for the inconveniences that may have caused.

I tested the form builder using Win7 and FF 22.0 and Chrome 28.0, however I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, please watch these videos:

    Using FF: https://shots.jotform.com/eliezer/Screen%20Captures/dragging_and_dropping.swf

    Using Chrome:

Could you please tell us wcih versions of browsers you are using? I would suggest you to  clear your browser's caches and cookies. However, if the issue still persists, let me ask you to please try using these links:

Let us know if the issue doesn't disappear and we'll further investigate.
