    Form Not Displayed on Website

Asked by quiche on September 03, 2013 at 04:45 PM

I have been using Jotform to create a form used on a website successfully until recently.  The form is no longer showing up on the website.  I've tried with three different browsers.  I don't know if the problem is with the Jotform code or some other issue.  I hope you can assist in the troubleshooting so I can figure out what the issue is and get it resolved asap.

    Thank you!

Hello, from what I can on your site, on the Order Form Page it describes of a form being located below, yet none shows up. Just to make sure, is that the page you´re having problems with?

I',m also unable to find your form embed on your site. Kindly check that your site has the code embeded to your site. If it is remove the code and try to re-embed the code.

By preference, and if allowed by your hosting provider, do try to embed your code using the iFrame Method:

These are the steps to obtain the iFrame, to embed on your site:

On the top toolbar of your Form Editor,

Go to Setup & Embed then click on Embed Form

    1

    On the Embed Form Wizard

    Click on iFRAME

    1

Copy the code and paste it on your website's code.

    3

If for some reason iFrame is not allowed by your hosting provider or if you need a more advanced inplementation of your form. You also have the full source code at your disposal.

Which you can copy just as above, but this time by clicking on Source.

If you need additional assistance, do let us know. Also, please append the FormID (URL of your form) that you are having problems with. That way, we can help you more efficiently.

hi,  yes that is the correct page.  I have tried to re-embed the code which did not work.  The site was build with iWeb and I've tried code specifically for iWeb which also didn't work.  I've since deleted the html snippet box until I can fix it and get the form back up.  I'll try the iFrame method as you suggest.  thanks,
