Automatically storing new form submissions as a PDF file in Sharepoint using Power Automate

Hello. I am trying to set up an automated system where each time a form is submitted, it automatically gets uploaded to a specific folder in Sharepoint as a PDF document. I can see there are tools already created that can upload PDFs to OneDrive, but I believe I will need to create a flow manually to work with Sharepoint. I found this post here:https://www.jotform.com/answers/2381370-How-to-save-the-PDF-Document-on-Sharepoint-through-Power-Automate which sounds like it might accomplish what I need, but I am unsure if this task runs automatically each time a new form is submitted. I also do not know how to set up the URI in the first step to where it will include the circled items below:1602879135 5f89fe9fa5d00 Screenshot 10

If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated! I also see in Power Automate there are some services such as Encodian or Muhimbi PDF that may be required to get this working, which I would likely be wiling to sign up for if necessary.

Allow me some time to test this on my end and get back to you here shortly.

Thank you for waiting! So I just tried this on my end and it works seamlessly.

Here's how I set it up in MS Flow. This is an AUTOMATED FLOW:

Here's how it appeared in Sharepoint:

Also, I can see that your account's PRIVACY settings are turned on. Please try turning that off, make a test submission, and see if it makes any difference.

Here's a quick guide for that:

That worked perfectly thanks so much.

Quick question regarding the two privacy settings. We will be signing up for the Silver or Gold plan due to needing HIPPA compliance. Since these privacy options need to be turned off for the automation flow to work, will that affect HIPPA compliance with the forms? Is there any way people outside of the organization can access submissions without directly sending them the link to the Submissions page?
