I can receive both notification and auto response emails to my GMAIL account, but not to the following accounts:
I've added email@example.com to both safe lists but still can't get emails.

At this point, you may need to speak with your school's email administrator regarding this issue. He can check if the domain jotform.com has been whitelisted in the mail server itself and grant access if not.

Additionally, you might also want to check your Bulk/Spam/Junk mail folder for the missing emails. It could be possible that emails coming from our servers were flagged as spam by UCLA's mail servers.
If you do not find the missing emails, please check with your school's IT department as advised by my colleague Allan.
