    How do i cancel my next payment?

    Hello we have used jotform Professional and it worked very well thanks . I now need to cancel the pro subscription and change to free. I go to my acocunt setting and click cancel then get taken to plimus. It has string of numebrs for  username but i cant find the password anywhere in my old emails. I cant find any email from plimus at all. I then tried forgot password but it says not recognised .. I have tried all my emails and none of them worked .. what can I do?

    Hi lmontin,

    Since you're paying using your credit card, you have to cancel your account through our 3rd party payment processor Plimus. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.

    Hi

    I tired to reset my password but it is not accepting any of my email addresses
    (i tried them all)

    I cant find any reference to plimus in any email in any account

    what can i do ?

    Hi,

    Can you still remember how you paid for your Jotform subscription?  If it is through Paypal, please follow the instructions below on how to cancel it.

    1. Log into your PayPal account
    2. Find the latest payment you made to us
    3. Click on your subscription number
    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button

    After cancelling the subscription, you will not be charged again although your account shall stay Professional until the duration you have paid for expires.

    Let me know if this does not help.  We'll find another way to cancel your subscription. Thank you.
