    Let's assume that your website is and you want to use for your forms. Here is what an example form would look like:
    Warning: If you are not familiar with DNS, please contact with your DNS/Hosting provider before changing your DNS.

    Here is how you can change your domain for your JotForm forms:

    Step 1. To use your own domains in Jotform, add a DNS record:
