How can I change the recipient email address for one form, but not the others?

Asked by rbarber on May 19, 2011 at 09:20 PM

    Hi,

I have 4 forms. I'd like information from 3 of them to go to email box A and information from 1 of them to go to email box B.

    How do I do this?

    Thanks,

    Richard

    Hello Richard,

By default, the email notification will be sent to the email address you used to register at JotForm.com. If you want this email address to be in email box A, there's no need to change it. You only have to edit the email notification settings of the form that will use the other email address.

We hope you find this information helpful. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi Richard,

You need to specify the recipient email address for each of your forms. To learn how to do that, please refer to this page: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
