    Hi Samantha,

    It seems that you are referring to converting a PDF form to a Fillable PDF form, correct? Can you share with us a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing or the PDF form you are referring to?

    To share the PDF form you are trying to convert, kindly upload it to any file sharing app, i.e., Google Drive or Dropbox, then post the sharable link here so that we can further investigate it.

    Please make sure you're using a fillable PDF so that the fields would be detected by the Smart PDF forms.

    Can you please share the form URL so that we can check?

    You may upload the PDF file on any file-sharing apps such as Google Drive or Dropbox, then share the link with us to access the file and further investigate it on our end.
