Email notification of submissions on JotForm is not working

    Also, I set up the email notifications to notify me when someone submits the form, but I'm not getting the emails. It worked when I first used the system but stopped after 6 months, now no emails are coming through to notify. I have checked my inbox and spam folder. The recipients are getting auto response emails, but I'm not getting them on my end.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the most recent submission on the most recent form you accessed in your account (Bookyoga Healthcare Forms) and it doesn't seem to show any failed email attempts sent from submissions of your form.

    I have cleared your account's form cache. Can you check on your end if that helped solve the issue you are having, please?

    If the issue persists, you can try setting up new email notification in your form after you delete the existing one.
