Why has my account been suspended?

Your account was suspended since it was asking for sensitive information (eg: ID number) which is against our Terms Of Use.

You may collect these data however you need to add a T&C and Signature widgets within your forms.

In order for us to reactivate your account, we have to delete the offending fields. Do let us know if you agree with this.

Once your account is reactivated, should you wish to ask sensitive information please make sure to add the necessary widgets to prevent your account from getting suspended again.
