I don't receive any email from my forms anymore (for 3 years already, I currently make my own). I just checked, nothing new came in on the old forms.

Also, if I remember correctly, the title would be one of my choosing, not this one. So I don't think it came from my old forms.

I have received quite some spam already, mostly casino related. Because I trust your email, it will not go to my spamfolder.

I've checked the logs on your l************e@hotmail.com email, and wasn't able to find related entries regarding the spam email.

These spam emails usually has a link to a form included. If you could find that and share it to us, so we could trace the account.
