    Hello,

    Kindly inject this code on your form to be able to be easily viewed in mobile devices.

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 550px){

    .form-textbox, .form-textarea {

    width: 250px;

    }

    }

    Follow this guide on how to inject this codes

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Preference

    A new window will pop-up.

    3. Then click Form Styles

    4. And paste the code under Inject Code CSS box.

    ]

    And then close that window and you're done.

    Kindly check if that could fix the issue.

    Also, To make your form responsive,  I would suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This should help fixed this issue.

    Copy the iFrame Code correctly and pretty much nothing can break the form on your page. Since your form is called inside an iFrame it does not conflict with anything on your page.

    To get the iframe code, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Setup & Embed

    2. Click Embed Form

    3. Select iFrame

    Once you have copied the form, use that code to embed your form within your website/page.

    Kindly let us know if problem persists so that we could further investigate.

    If you could provide the exact link of the form from where it is embedded, that would be great so that I can check it using my mobile devices.

    Thank you.
