Where are the images submitted to a form stored?Asked by Tiffany Sperring on September 04, 2013 at 10:41 AM
If you have an image upload option on your form, where are the images stored? Can they all go into one Dropbox?
Good day! All images/files uploaded to your form will be stored to our servers. You can integrate your form to Dropbox and forward all the files there everytime someone submits to your form. However, Dropbox just serve as your second storage facility, for keeping files and for backing up files submitted to your form. Even if you integrate your form to Dropbox, all your form files are still stored to our servers. There is no way you can bypass this process.
Also, all the limits preferably the space limit are still applied. You cannot remove space limit for an account even if you integrate the form to Dropbox.
For Dropbox integration, check this guide: Dropbox Integration.
For Account limits, check our pricing page: http://www.jotform.com/pricing
Let us know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.
Just wanted to thank you for the reply.
I think we will be using JotForm for our event.
