When people sign up for classes I am not getting a notification that the form was submitted.Page URL:

Good day! I've check your form and found out that your Sender Email is empty. Please take note that without completing these settings, you won't be able to receive any email notification from your form. I've fixed that by selecting firstname.lastname@example.org as the Sender Email.

If you like to select the actual form submitter's email address, you can do that by setting up SMTP Account. We recommend Mandrill. You can refer to this guide on how to setup SMTP through Mandrill: Set Email Field as the Notification Sender Email Address with Mandrill
