snap shots of form used on my website

Asked by excelfleet on September 04, 2013 at 01:15 PM

does jotform save snap shots of forms? I have a client who says they didn't agree to a non-refundable deposit. Now my bank needs proof they did agree. I sent them a copy of the form for my arbitration  but it's not good enough if it doesn't have their specific info on it.

I'm having challenges understanding exactly your request, when you refer to "span shots of form" what do you exactly mean? snapshot pictures?.

JotForm doesn't save snap shot pictures while the user is filling a form. If you need to prove that the user had checked the agreement terms, you should take a look at your submissions page, filter by date the results and export the user submission for example using the pdf format.

As i can see at your form, the I Agree field is set as a required field so the user must fill that field in order to submit the form, I think that is enough to prove that the user agreed with the form terms.

    From your submission page:

    Hope it helps
