Please help me change my default email address. I have followed instructions given at your site, even received a verifiaction code for the new address and entered it; and my default email address is apparently unchanged.
It appears that many of your users are having the same issues, which is a hassle for them and for you. You may wish to reconsider the UI for this particular aspect of JotForm, which is otherwise a great product.
Your question is not clear.
Are you saying that you want to change your account email id? or you want to change the sender email address of your notification?
Do let us know and we will help you change the email address.
Upon taking a closer look of your form's notification email, I found that you have not selected the custom "Sender E-mail" which you have already added.
You should select the custom "Sender E-mail" (email@example.com) in your notification which you have already added as custom sender email.

Here are the steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the person looking icon and then click on "Account"
3. Click on "Profile" tab and scroll down to change the email address:

Could you provide us more details about what are you trying to change on your account?
Please provide us the details in a new thread, I would like to get more details since here I can see Ashwin assisted this user in both cases, changing the sender emails as well as the account email address.
