I am inquiring about my Jot Forms. User name in joconnor2120. I use the jotform service on behalf of The Exchange Club of Brunswick. We are a non profit orginization in Brunswick GA. I used Jotform once per year to help with our annual fundraiser fair. Last year we needed to have more submissions than the free service allowed so we paid for service. Since we only use it briefly once a year the board decided not to renew. The problem is.....now all of our forms are no longer there. Even the forms I created when we were using Jotform for free. Is it posssible to get those back so I do not need to start over?

I can see that your user account is active, also your forms are there . Are you recieving any error while you are trying to login? could you try by clearing your Browser's cache and cookies and then try to log in again.
