Hello,
I've created a form using an imported PDF and every time I try to download the original PDF with the fillable data I get an error message. I've tried everything and it's not working. Any suggestion?
I've set it to attach in the notification email as well and nothing comes through.I've also cleared the cache and tried cloning it. It's titled JD Testing ROF.Thank you,
Amanda

Hello Amanda,
I have cloned your form and I could replicate the issue. It is unable to Preview the PDF (Unable to generate filled PDF) and fails to load the PDF from the PDF Editor. Nothing comes through the email. Can you try re-uploading the FILLABLE PDF. Please send us the PDF with a shared Google Drive link if possible.

I could not replicate the issue using the PDF file you have shared. I am also no more able to replicate the issue on the cloned form. It is possible that it was a temporary issue.
The PDF file is about 5.5MB, however, the email attachments cannot exceed 5MB.
I recommend that you add a link to the PDF in the notification email.:
- Open the notification settings
- Add the PDF link from the FORM FIELDS
You will get a link to download the PDF from the notification email.
In order to let the respondent download the email, you can enable the option "Show Download and send as Email button" form your FORM SETTINGS:
Feel free to check this form which I have cloned and added the changes above to: https://form.jotform.com/202941984833969.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi,
I have checked your form and I was able to preview the PDF. Please try clearing your browser cache or try testing it on a different browser, and check if the issue persists.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
