    Hi,

I love using JotForm and now I'm exploring the integration with Salesforce. I understand that I can map fields over from JotForm to a Salesforce object, but I'm looking to better understand if it's possible to take the JotForm and add it as a file related to the object in addition to mapping the fields over. Is this possible? I like the way I'm able to compress JotForm photos in the pdf and ideally I would like to upload this pdf into Salesforce automatically. Please let me know how I could do this and if this is possible at all.

    Thank you.

    Hi Claire,

If you can configure your Salesforce to accept attachments by email, then that is possible. Just enable PDF attachment in the form email settings and add your Salesforce email address as the recipient.

If this isn't an option with Salesforce, then I'm afraid it's not possible to do that.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks.
