I am unable to see the submission data on my JotForm control panel.

    Wanting to read the one 'submission' received, but when going to the submission area to read it.... this is what it displays:

    No results to display.

    Check your search query or time frame options.

     

    I got the submission notification by email, but yet it does not display this submission from within your website.

    Hello,

    We had a glitch with viewing submission data last friday. May I know if when did you receive the notification for this submission?

    If that was a week ago, it must have been due to the bug we had and we are very sorry for any inconveniences that it may have caused you. But it has been fixed now.

    Kindly let us know if problem persists so that I can escalate this issue to our higher level of support.

    What I can suggest is that you test the form by sending an actual submission on that form and check if you can see the data on you "Submissions" after receiving the notification. If not there please let us know.
