Coupon code is not working

Hi I’ve added a money off voucher in one of my forms but when you complete the form and add the voucher code it doesn’t take The amount off it proceeds to PayPal with the full amount.

I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end using a cloned version of your form.

When I add the discount code, the total is automatically deducted.

I would suggest using only alphabet characters instead of adding symbols/special character"£10Off " example would be "coupon1"

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Sorry for the confusion.

I would suggest you remove the pound sign in your coupon code and let us know if the issue still remains.
