The last few completed forms I've received have had invalid signatures. Everything else on the form looks correct.

Hello Sonia,
I checked your account and it is HIPAA compliant.
Is the image you provided a notification email content? If yes, please try to unprotect the Signature widget by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/518-How-to-set-PHI-fields-on-your-forms
After that, please test it again and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you!
