I have a company with 30 employees + contractors/suppliers entering during the day.

I need my staff to complete a simple 4 question questionnaire on a daily basis as well as our contractors/supplies who aren’t onsite quite as frequently

Please note that each plan has different limits. If you have 30 + say 20 contractors / suppliers those who will submit form on a daily basis, you will be receiving 1500 submissions in a month.
